Made with Valrhona™ Opalys 33% white chocolate, this tablet has notes of fresh milk and vanilla. When paired with the Caramelia Pearls from Valrhona™ along with flakes of sea salt, it provides a classic salted caramel flavour along with some added crunch. All tablets are handmade in our production kitchen.

Ingredients: 33% White Chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), caramelia crunchy pearls (contain milk, soy, and wheat; contact for more information), sea salt. This product should be consumed within 30 days of purchase. All products should be stored in a dark, dry place between 16 and 18°C. Although we take great care in packaging our chocolates, we are unable to provide a refund if products are damaged during the shipping process.
